How it works:

Firstly, register your details below and complete the FREE Symptom Survey also available below. If you have previously completed this survey, there is no need to complete another but rest assured, you will still be eligible to win a prize.

Each morning around 6am GMT / 1am EST, you will receive via email a link to a short meditation video to kick-start or end your day. 

The challenge will run from Monday 10th May '21 to Friday 14th May ’21.
