With every video around 15 minutes in length, you will easily be able to slot it into your day without complete disruption to your routine.

How does it work?
Immediately after enrolling in the challenge, you will be sent login details to access your daily videos via our online platform. Each one will be available at 5am UK time.
You will also be invited to a closed (private) Facebook group where you will meet other ladies just like you who are looking to start their yoga journey with this challenge.
In the group, there will be lots of motivational support to help you get the most out of this challenge.
BONUS 1! Every day of the Challenge, there will also be a LIVE video offering you lots of tips and advice, support and encouragement to make sure you stay right on track.
BONUS 2! When you sign up for the Challenge, you will automatically be able to access our new e-book 'Starting a home yoga practice'. It's not yet available to anyone else and will give you lots of practical tips and advice to get started.
