9.30am – Opening Circle & Intentions
10.00am – Gentle yoga session followed by calming breathwork & journaling
11.00am - Tea, coffee & refreshments
11.15am – Workshop: Vision & Goal Setting with activities
Noon - Manifestation Meditation with a sound bath
12.30pm – Two-course vegetarian buffet lunch, all freshly prepared (Vegan options are available at the time of booking)
Afternoon:
1.30pm – Workshop: Creating Habits that LAST! with activities
2.15pm – Tea, coffee & refreshments
2.30pm – Next Steps journaling
3.00pm – Relaxing restorative yoga session followed by balancing breathwork & journaling
3.45pm – Closing Circle & Reflections
4.30pm – Finish
