Julie Ann Garrido's group 'Yoga for Peri / Menopause' feels like visiting a good friend who openly shares about menopause - which used to feel like a taboo subject for me. She offers a variety of yoga classes, tips, tools and knowledge that really help alleviate common symptoms and empower you through this time. I used to have fears about menopause but now I feel supported and empowered to go through this process smoothly.
