New to yoga and would like guidance on the key poses?

We’ve got you covered

Often, it’s the key poses that can challenge us the most in yoga and if we don’t grasp them at the outset, the struggle becomes real. Either we fall prey to injury, or we simply don’t get the full benefit from our practice.

 

So, that’s why we’re running a Summer Foundation Yoga Series of live classes that will guide you through the foundations of yoga, giving you the confidence and motivation to get the most from your practice.

Starting 6th August, the live classes will take place every Saturday for 5 weeks.

Each 60-minute class will take you through short tutorials on some of the basic poses in yoga where you will learn:

 

✔️ technique 

✔️ benefits 

✔️ modifications 

✔️ menopausal benefits

✔️ dos and don’ts 

 

Following the live tutorials, you will then put into practice what you’ve learned with a short group practice that will incorporate those same poses.

 

Can’t attend live? Whether you attend live or not, you will be sent a recording within 48 hours which will be available until the end of August.

 

Nervous to be on camera? That’s ok, you can switch off your camera if you prefer.

 

Not all sessions are relevant to you? Simply book the sessions that will help you the most.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR SPOT:
1) Select the class you would like to attend 

2) Click BOOK NOW fo your chosen option and click on the time and date shown

 

NB: to book our 5-class package, simply click on Week 1 Saturday 6th August - book now, select the date and time shown, and then select 'buy a pricing plan' to  book all 5-classes


3) Complete your details and payment information


4) You will then receive a receipt and a link to Zoom

DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR EACH CLASS: 30 minutes before the class begins.
 

RECOMMENDED PROPS:
• 1-2 yoga blocks (foam, cork, or wood). Sturdy, thick books work as well.
• 1 yoga strap. A soft belt, towel or scarf are great substitutes.
• 1 yoga blanket. A bath towel is a great substitute.
• 1 yoga bolster. One or two pillows or large cushions are a great substitute.

Amazon has all of these props.
