Perfect for a Sunday evening, this special Nidra class will both relax and revive you and it starts where other yoga classes typically end - in a wonderful lying down relaxation pose. There’s zero movement involved: it's so easy!

 

All you have to do is lie back and be guided into physical, mental and emotional release. This will enable your nervous system to experience a natural shift into parasympathetic mode allowing you to drift into a state of deep rest whilst remaining fully awake. And this is when the magic healing happens!

 

As you are guided into deep relaxation, your brain waves and heart rate will 

slow down, your blood pressure will lower, your nervous system will 

reset to calm and you will experience a wonderful state of bliss all from the comfort of your home.

LIVE YOGA NIDRA CLASS

Join me on Sunday 4th December ’22 at 5pm GMT / 12 Noon EST

 

The class will begin with a 10-15 minute introduction to Yoga Nidra complete with explanation and instructions followed by a 40 minute practice. 

 

The ticket-price is just £7 per person and should you be unable to attend live, you will be sent the recording within 48 hours. Spaces are limited.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR SPOT:


1) Choose the class you would like to attend 

2) Click BOOK NOW and click on the time

3) Fill out your details and complete your payment information

4) Once payment is received, you will receive a receipt and a link to Zoom

NB: DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR EACH CLASS: 30 minutes before the class begins.

Recommended props include:
• yoga mat
• cushion / soft blanket to support the head
• blanket or cover should you become cold

  • eye pillow
