There's no movement involved. The class starts where other yoga classes end - in a wonderful lying down relaxation pose.

All you have to do is lie back and enjoy all the physical, mental and emotional sensations of drifting into a state of deep rest. 

 

As I guide you into deep relaxation, your brain waves and heart rate will slow down, your blood pressure will lower, and your nervous system will reset to calm.

LIVE YOGA NIDRA CLASS

Join me on Saturday 22nd October ’22 at 5pm BST / 12 Noon EST

 

The class will begin with a 10-15 minute introduction to Yoga Nidra complete with explanation and instructions followed by a 40 minute practice. 

 

The ticket-price is just £7 per person and should you be unable to attend live, you will be sent the recording within 48 hours. Spaces are limited.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR SPOT:

4) Once payment is received, you will receive a receipt and a link to Zoom

NB: DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR EACH CLASS: 30 minutes before the class begins.

Recommended props include:
• yoga mat
• cushion / soft blanket to support the head
• blanket or cover should you become cold

  • eye pillow
