How does it work?

After enrolling in the challenge, you will be sent login details to access your daily videos via our online platform.

Each video will be available at 5am UK time and will be approximately 15 minutes in length.

You will also receive an invitation to join our Yoga for Peri/Menopause Facebook group. There, you will meet all the other ladies completing the challenge and have access to daily support and tips to help you get the most out of this experience.
