Julie Ann Garrido is one of only 700 teachers worldwide certified in Menopause Yoga. She discovered yoga at 53 to manage her own symptoms and has successfully navigated every stage with yoga - so she truly gets it.
Today, she helps women reap the benefits of menopause yoga at home - short, simple sessions that fit real life and actually stick. Julieâs approach builds strength, improves flexibility and restores calm with natural, symptom-targeted practices.
