Julie Ann Garrido is one of only 700 teachers worldwide certified in Menopause Yoga. She discovered yoga at 53 to navigate her own symptoms and has successfully navigated every stage with yoga - so she truly gets it. Today, she helps women reap the benefits of menopause yoga without leaving home - short, simple sessions that fit real life and actually stick. Julie’s approach builds strength, improves flexibility and restores calm with natural, symptom-targeted practices. Each October, she hosts this FREE 31-day challenge for Menopause Awareness Month to make it easy for beginners to start and to show those who already practice just what’s possible from a home practice.
