From doing this 5 day challenge, l've discovered how stiff and inflexible my body really is. I'm not a morning person so I'm pleased I got the motivation to start morning yoga. I've also slept better at night too. I'm definitely going to keep doing yoga - I wish l'd discovered it years ago!
