What is the Spring Wellness Challenge?
Starting on Monday 20th March '23, our challenge takes a holistic approach to improving your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
By incorporating a range of techniques into your daily routine, you will go from SURVIVING to THRIVING as you begin to transform your wellness.
You will dedicate 20 - 30 minutes of your day to wellness - the equivalent of between 1- 2% of a 24-hour day. During this time you will begin creating and repeating 5 daily habits which can be done in the morning, evening or throughout the day to suit you and your schedule.
You will also gain access to our wellness platform and to a private Facebook group where you can find daily support and accountability.
The 7-day Spring wellness challenge is simple to follow and can be done by anyone, anywhere. It will be the start of a new and better YOU!
