MEET YOUR COACH
I didn't step on a yoga mat until I was 53 after unsuccessfully trying bio-identical hormones which just didn't agree with me. Within a short time of practicing yoga alongside other holistic techniques, however, my crippling anxiety, loss of confidence, and painful joints started to vanish. Finally, I began to feel like I used to many years before menopause began.
Fast forward 7 years, and today, I'm the founder of Yourself Yoga - a wellness company helping women worldwide navigate menopause. I am also a certified yoga teacher with accredited Menopause Yoga training.
Alongside yoga and meditation, I now share my knowledge, experience, and expertise of journaling, nutrition, mindset and manifestation techniques to help guide women through a process of self-discovery and long-lasting transformation - all without medications.
