Hi, I'm Julie - and this is me on a beach in Northern France, having just arrived to begin the next chapter of my life and the life I’d always dreamed of. 

For over 30 years, I’d successfully run my own PR company until menopause took hold and turned my world upside down. Not only was I physically exhausted, I suffered with low moods, negative thinking, loss of confidence, self-limiting beliefs, and crippling anxiety. I became a person I no longer recognised.

I finally found a natural solution that worked!

Unhappy with a medical approach to menopause, I turned to yoga to alleviate my struggles, and at the age of 53, I found the natural solution I'd been searching for.

I’m now a qualified menopause yoga and wellness coach, and over the past 8 years, I’ve helped countless women go from menopause misery to menopause mastery by alleviating their symptoms and helping them rediscover the person they used to be.
