Hi, I'm Julie and I'll be leading the class...
I know how daunting it can be to start yoga - I was 53 before I found the courage to step on a mat. However, after battling severe stiffness and joint pain, and trying endless solutions, it was yoga that gave me back my energy, flexibility, and confidence during menopause. Now my goal is to help YOU feel energised, calm, and pain-free, starting with this free class in honour of this year's International Day of Yoga. I hope to see you there!
