I created Radiant Reset because I couldn’t find yoga to suit me during menopause. Classes either moved too fast and demanded energy I didn’t have, or they were too advanced for my limited experience. I didn't need more effort - I needed a more gentle way to practise at home with structure and support.

I didn’t discover yoga until age 53 during severe menopause symptoms - and it was a gamechanger. I know it can be the same for you too.
