Menopause Awareness Month is for Men Too

Every October, Menopause Awareness Month provides a vital opportunity to shine a light on menopause. It’s a time to break the silence, challenge the stigma, and foster an environment where women feel empowered to share their experiences and support one another. But for this movement to truly succeed, everyone needs to join in - and that includes men.

Why? Because menopause isn’t just a “women’s issue". The impact of menopause extends to families, workplaces, social circles, and beyond. It affects relationships, productivity, and overall wellbeing. Here’s why men’s participation in Menopause Awareness Month is essential:
