In this very first episode of What's Your Story, Julie talks to Louise Clarkson who has bravely battled anxiety most of her life. However, once she started a regular yoga practice as part of Julie's Track To Transformation programme, she discovered the perfect tool to help keep her symptoms at bay.
Louise credits yoga for not only easing her anxiety but helping her re-discover her confidence and zest for life. She continues to practice regularly and is a Select Premier member. Naturally, she has also embarked on My Yoga Journey too - Premier's 7-stage progress path to conquering menopause with yoga.
