In this episode, Julie learns the true horrors of Fibromyalgia and how it can wreck an individual's life. Combined with perimenopause, you would be forgiven for thinking 'game over'. But not for this lady.

Sharon Mullet is an inspiration to all of us. Since practicing restorative yoga, she has found a way to manage her calm her nervous system and her chronic fatigue.

By regularly rolling out her mat, she is able to replenish her physical energy levels and soothe her anxious mind.

Sharon continues to practice to this very day and since this interview has gone onto expand her yoga by incorporating gentle flows and Yin yoga sequences. She is also a member of Select Premier.
