In this first episode of season 2, Julie catches up with Beverly, a former fitness instructor and runner who shares her enthusiasm and joy at discovering a win-win yoga practice that has changed her life. Not only is yoga helping her gain muscles without lifting any weights and giving her a sense of calm, but it’s also helping improve her menopause symptoms. After just six weeks on the mat, Beverly is enjoying improved sleep, less brain fog, and is much more focused with better memory - she even remembers her mobile number now! By following the structure of My Yoga Journey, she’s now a confessed yoga addict and has plans to embark on a yoga retreat for the first time.
